2. ENHANCED DAMAGE LIABILITY WAIVER
R27 500 Maximum Liability
R27 500 Holding Deposit
Includes 1 x windscreen, 1 x tyre and 1 x rim
3. ESSENTIAL DAMAGE LIABILITY WAIVER
R55 000 Maximum Liability
R55 000 Holding Deposit
NOTE: The above Damage Liability Waivers are NOT personal liability cover but waivers for damages to, and/or theft of the Britz vehicle. These Damage Liability Waivers DO NOT cover damage to, and loss of camping equipment provided with the vehicle.

Note that The Renter is fully liable for any damage to the Rental Vehicle or any third-party property if:
Any terms of the rental contract are breached
Damages are sustained whilst The Renter/Driver is in violation of any traffic laws or ordinances
Damage to The Vehicle is caused by careless, wilful or reckless driving
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving on restricted or unrecognised roads
Driving over the National speed limit for the respective road travelled on
